SL_SetLayerDuration
The script enables users to set the duration of multiple layers in a way that organizes them sequentially, similar to a slideshow. By default, the "groups of x" number is set to 1, meaning each layer begins right after the end of the previous one:
Adjusting the "groups of x" number to 2 results in layers grouping in sets of two:
• The Playhead position determines the start position of the first layer/s.
• First Layer selected = first Layer of Slideshow // Last selected = last Layer
• The Duration can be set either in Seconds or Frames.
• For "groups of x" you can use the slider, or type in your own number.
The steps to utilize this script/tool are outlined as follows:
- Select the first layer.
- Press the <shift> key.
- Select the last layer.
- Input a duration for these selected layers.
- Choose a "groups of" number or use the slider.
- Press <Arrange>.
